WV Radio Corp. Apologizes

Post by soccerguy »

I was reading the sunday paper and saw the ad where Mike Buxer admited the company made a mistake in changing the station to JACK.

Since 107.3 is "Classic Top 40", 68KAZ is now the "60's Channel".

Because of Mike Buxser mistake.

I made a mistake, and the mistakes just keep happening.

All I wanted to do was work!

Not necessarily on the topic, but I noticed your avatar, Uncle Shishkabob. Is that recording not one of the funniest things ever put together?!

Is that the album they made for Mr. Jerry Kennedy from one of their living rooms becasue they "always get good sound in there"???

As I recall it also feaured a fellow reading a poem who lost his place and forgot the rest of the poem. I spent four years of high school memorizing every line of that album--and now can't remember a single word of it. Yes, I had a wasted youth--what of it?

Don't feel like The Lone Ranger, Tonto...I spent hours listening and memorizing "Alice's Restaurant" when I was a freshman in high school. "...with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one, explaining what each one was, to be used as evidence against us..."

And yes, the Statler's Lester "Roadhog" Moran & The Cadillac Cowboys is a CLASSIC!!
