I didn't know it was still on at that time.

I loved the history page of the 'SAZ website. Adam Joesph,huh? Damn, that's old...surprised it wasn't in black and white.

wow, that brings back some memories... too bad none of the stations do anything like mr cartoon anymore.

He was on Saturday mornings at that point. He ran week days until 1988.

They deleted the Mr. Cartoon page on wikipedia. It's still in Google cache, though.

Nunley, do you remember the story you once told me about Mr. Cartoon drunk at some dinner? I don't remember exactly where it was, but I do remember laughing my ass off. I think it ended with him being escorted from the room screaming "bye cartooners!!!!"

If so I say we invite him to some kind of banquet or something. I want to be able to say I got f-faced with Mr. Cartoon. Remember the magic words...please, thank you, you're welcome, excuse me and.............HEY ASSHOLE, SOMEBODY GO GET US SOME MORE NATTY LIGHT!!!
