Rock 105.7 or 105.8?

If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

Rock 105.7 or 105.8?

Post by JKF18 »

WOBG in Clarksburg has been this way for awhile now. If you "SCAN" an FM radio, digital of course, the radio will not even stop on 105.7 because it appears the signal is not really on 105.7. The signal is actually stronger toward 105.8. Anyone else notice this?

Also, is WPDX AM gone for good - I thought they were going to turn 750 back on.

Also, why is WRRR running the same satellite service as 104.1 WETT in Bridgeport? There is quite a bit of overlap to hear the same jocks on two separate frequencies.

We've been running Dial Global for several years; WETT only added it recently.

Hard to say what will happen to these networks once Cumulus fully absorbs Westwood One (AKA Dial Global);
we abandoned Citadel/Cumulus satellite AC because of poor execution several years ago.
