The Aloha Stations Trust flipped “Comedy 107.1” WLRX Ironton, OH/Huntington, WV to Classic Country “107.1 The Bear“. The new format will compete against Fifth Avenue Broadcasting’s “Big Buck 101.5” WXBW while flanking Clear Channel cousin 103.3 WTCR.

Are there any comedy stations doing well anywhere? That is, if one can define 'doing well.'

Country was original format when the station went on the air in the 1970's as WITO. I think it was imaged as "Country Heaven 107."

Plus who needs comedy stations when you can just listen to news coming daily from the Obama administration.
