WOTR 96.3 in Weston/Lost Creek has flipped satellite formats. Gone is Real Country. In is what used to be called Pure Gold, now Classic Hits Radio.
Not sure about 980 or 107.7.
Anyone on the board ever visited the original WOTR-FM back in the early-mid 90s?

Re: WOTR Format Change
Leaving Bridgeport after DJ'ing the Benedum Festival car show, I punched up WOTR and noted the change. Can anyone describe the physical plant there? Everything good, engineering-wise? I've never visited the station, but get the impression it may have been run on a shoestring.

Re: WOTR Format Change
Just as long as Steve Peters still has a station for listeners to buy, sell, trade and sing accapella on Saturday mornings, it's still all good.
But it is a shame that 980 has no more range than it does, considering it's licensed for 25-thousand watts. Someone must have stolen the ground system.
