Yes ! Or so they told the FCC.
I heard they were painting the building at 1 AM one day.
They told the FCC they were back on the 9th.
With $300 K from WBPBA, they could build new onw. But still a 1KW daytimer even with a PSA and a translator, is still an operation in a monetarily dead area.
