If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

A pity it does not start till after the election season.

Is it official that every exchange of money for good/services is now taxable in West Virginia?

HB 2704 has been tabled by a large majority vote.
This may kill it. I suspect that someone finally took the time to read it.
About the only thing not taxed was graft and corruption.
Aside from the taxes, the paperwork load would have been excessive.
Now we can get back to the "Music Therapy Commission "Bill.

Quite honestly, after yesterday, I truly believe that graft and corruption are the only things not taxed in the mountain state. The law makers in Charleston charge 4.5% tax for mortuary expenses. Even in death in West Virginia, the state will find a way skim a few tax dollars from the transaction.
