Clear Channel proposes to move WREO-FM to the Youngstown market, from Ashtabula, and reducing it from a full Class B down to a Class A.

They're exchanging WBBG, (106.1) which is licensed to Niles, or some such place, to keep their station count the same; moving it up to Geneva on the Lake.

Apart from having a slightly more focused Class A in Youngstown (it will be licensed to McDonald, Ohio), I can't see the point.

Of course, Ashtabula is one of the clusters being sold by CC; so they could care less about that market.
