In another deal filed with the FCC, 24/7 BROADCASTING, INC. is transferring low power WZFR-LP/WALTON, KY to SGM, IMC. for no consideration. The transferor must divest WZFR-LP due to having other pending applications for full-power stations pending at the FCC.
