Yeah that's the RadioU folks.. R&R wrong though, RecNet shows that they also own RadioU Affil KRQZ in Lopoc CA

A quick search of RecNet shows that Faith Christian has applied for multiple licenses in the last big non com window also but all show Dismissed except the Grayson CP.

Looking at the coverage map for the Grayson CP it seems fairly rural.
