Finally! No more waiting until afternoon to talk about the Bengals, Reds, ’Clones, UC or Xavier games!

The former MOJO morphs into the Cincinnati Fan when veteran sports talker Tom Gamble debuts Wednesday as 6-9 a.m. host.

The re-branded WCFN-FM (100.3) launches the CBS Sports Radio network lineup featuring John Feinstein (9 a.m.-noon), former Fox Sports Radio star Jim Rome (noon-3 p.m.) and Doug Gottlieb (3-6 p.m.).

Gamble gives sports fans here a welcome alternative to ESPN’s “Mike & Mike” obsession with the Jets, Mets, Yankees and Patriots on WCKY-AM. (Kiese tip: For a true national sports view, tune in Andy Furman and Artrell Hawkins on “Fox Sports Radio Daybreak” on 1360 WSAI-AM.)

“We’re really excited about giving fans a place where they can call in and get it off their chest the next morning, instead of waiting until the next afternoon,” says Steve Harris, program director.

WCFN-FM, sister to WIZF-FM (101.1) and WDBZ-AM (1230), is the first all-talk commercial FM station here since the one-year “SupertalkFM96.5” in 2007 with Furman and Gamble.

Former sportswriter Gamble, one of the “Two Angry Guys” (with Richard Skinner), has been heard on WBOB-AM, WCKY-AM and WLW-AM since the mid 1990s. He left WFTK-FM (96 Rock) in 2011 to concentrate on his In-Game Sports marketing of Florence, which organizes the Crosstown Showdown football games.

Harris has lured Rick “The Brick” Ucchino and Rob Williams from WQRT-AM (Real Talk 1160) to produce shows. Ucchino has co-hosted afternoon sports talk with Jeff Piecoro and Dennis “Wildman” Walker. Actor-comedian Jay Mohr (“Jerry Maguire”) replaces Rome on Fox Sports Radio.

His credits include “Saturday Night Live” (1993-95), “Suburgatory,” “Gary Unmarried,” “Ghost Whisperer” and “Action,” the short-lived 1999 Fox series in which he played a foul-mouthed Hollywood movie producer whose crude vocabulary is barely bleeped out by Fox censors, leaving little to the imagination.
