100 greatest 80s prom songs

This is a good place to drop general and weird news, entertainment, and general show prep material that might be interesting to air talent or producers. Hot dog threads ALWAYS welcome.

100 greatest 80s prom songs

Post by Greg Goodfellow »

Folks, my lovely wife talked me into double-duty on a murder mystery, 80s prom style. Yep, I'm also the DJ, but not using vinyl  Anyway, could you fire off your most favorite 80s prom tunes, especially the slow ones? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Oh.....

...........so I missed it? Okey-dokey......

By the way, I think I would have gone with "Delirious" over "Kiss".....bigger "oh, wow!" factor, and I think people kinda expect the Tom Jones "Kiss" now......

But, but... Every Breath You Take is a wildly inappropriate song for a prom, like R.E.M.'s The One I Love.
Aircheck? You'd make a great board op.

About as inappropriate as using Green Day's "Good Riddance (Time of your life)" for a graduation.. but people still do.

I'm glad I did not see this thread earlier. I would have had to go back in to therapy...
