NEW EAS HANDBOOK AVAILABLE. The FCC Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau has released the 2007 Emergency Alert System Handbook for EAS participants, including guidelines for HD radio multicast stations. Click here to download the complete handbook:

Also, please bring all of your other books to the town square. We will have the fire at approximately fahrenheit 451. That should do the trick :twisted:
