Over on the radio-info engineering board there's a link to download a version of Prophet's MusicGen Lite. It's no longer supported but was freeware.
If the link's gone, I have the executable if there's someplace to post files on the board.

Hit REPLY, scroll below the SAVE PREVIEW SUBMIT buttons. There should be two tabs, Options and Upload Attachment. Let me know if the latter does not work.
