Gang,
Who do you use for your 14 month NRSC measurements? We've historically used T & T measurements, but we never got back last year's report, and their email/web presence appears to be defunct.

May try ECS Broadcast Engineering, Callaway, VA. They do TV measurements but he may be equipped to do NRSC as well.

That's right. I'm basically 13 years old.
Try using an Illidium Q36 explosive space modulator. Those work for everything in engineering.
