skpping CD player

Post by Greg Goodfellow »

Folks, I still rely on my NuMark CD player, along with my computer, for all my DJ stuff. However, my little baby has developed a skipping problem. Is it something that can be fixed for a reasonable cost? Yep...I ask dumb questions, but I've got a Hallowe'en dance coming up next weekend. I can use my computer, along with the working side, with no problem. However, if I could just use compressed air or something like that to fix it, all well and good. I'm certain it will take more than that. Any ideas, folks? I'm going this route instead of 'Google is your friend' at this point.

I'd start with the transport assembly. A few screws to take off the cover, a few holding the transport and a few ribbon cables.
