An agent of the Enforcement Bureau's Dallas Office investigated a
complaint that Station KBEY-FM was using its auxiliary transmitters to
broadcast different football games in Burnet, TX and Marble Falls, TX
on Friday nights.

The class A serves both cities. They licensed a 700 watt auxiliary in city 1, a 400 watt auxiliary in city 2 and fed them the two separate games while taking the main down for "repairs". It seemed the chief really liked doing "repairs" every Friday night because his account had too many inquiries - and he just needed the peace and quiet of a silent transmitter shack.
