I believe that was the board in the old WZZW studios in Milton. That board was a nightmare. Not well maintained. I only ran a few church shows from it but I was constantly having to open the top and pull some module out and reseat it. The other board, in the old AM control room, was in much better shape but it was a mono board.

Perhaps this one?

That one takes me all the way back to....last year. That's the board we had in the control room till January 2006. Great board, we put it in, as I understand, in 1982. We now use it in our production room.

WMUL has one of those in storage. It was functional when it was removed from service about 14-15 years ago. Still used as a visual aid for audio production class.

WFGH had one in on-air use about a year ago, according to a story on 13.

They still do. They also have a working Level Devil in the audio chain:

Looks like the old WZIO board except the one in the photo is a Signature 2 instead of 3.

You can find the old Sig2 in the news room here...Sig3 upstairs in storage, possibly going daveinthemorning's way.

The sig2 is still in use at WBUC...the sig3 was in the WBRB studio for years...I think it's in storage as well, maybe Brad can chime in on that one.

I'll always hold a place in my heart for those Signature series boards...something about the feel of the pots...or maybe because it was at the beginning of my career...who knows.

WRAC still is using the stereo 80 and has one in storage for parts that a few months ago came out of Ripley, WV.
