I figured the "beware of window" sign was posted after incidents of stupid people walking into the window because it looked sort of like a door.

Correct! And hard to imagine when the doors are plainly marked and the windows have paperwork pasted all over em. One of the state workers told me that people walk into the window area all the time. So what does this mean... that many of the people who visit this building are on drugs or what?
