Police Say Mother of Child Rape Suspect Had Sex With Son

TOLEDO, Ohio -

The mother of suspected child rapist Kevin Ware is also facing charges.

On Wednesday afternoon, a grand jury indicted her for sexual battery in a case police are calling "a first" and extremely disturbing.

While investigating Ware on his charge, Toledo police say they found out he and his 54-year-old mother, who share a one-bedroom apartment, have been having sex for the last few years. He even has naked pictures of her on his cell phone, police say.

That mother is 54-year-old Terry Walker. Police arrested her son, 28-year-old Kevin Ware, nearly two weeks ago. He has been charged with raping a seven-year-old girl on several occasions.

Detectives say Ware also took naked pictures of the child while he babysat for her three to four times a week. Police say Ware and his mother would also have sex in front of the child -- fully exposed.

They reportedly told the child what they were doing when she asked questions. During an interview with police, Walker reportedly said she was upset about the discovery, saying what she does in her own house shouldn't be anyone else's business.

Walker must now wait for her arraignment to be scheduled in court. As for her son, his bond is still set at $300,000.

I seriously need to throw up. That is fucked up on so many levels that I don't even know where to begin... Hell, I'll start here:

Has anyone arrested the dumb-ass parent (s) (guardian) of the 7 year-old for allowing their child to be exposed to these dolts?

May they all rot in hell. I am seriously sick now.

That's beyond sick. There should be a special statute for permanently scarring a child's psyche. Something akin to a murder charge.

Well, yeah, but take a look again at the picture of the woman....that's not a native-Ohioan gene pool producing that!

I do sense some northern migration in her past!
