WVRC vs WVMH

Post by genlock »

Looks like WVmH was trying to hide something.
I too would like to see the list of stockholders.

Legal mumbo-jumbo that says, I think, that WVMH (WOWK and sisters) tried to hide who they were giving stock options to. WVMH might be giving options to employees who really deserve more money but the budgets don't allow it or they may be padding the pockets of a favored few ass-kissers.
You may guess which option I think is the one.

Rich people poking each other with a stick?

Bray pissed off Raese at a polo match?

Wh knows, but Raese's sharks must have looked long and hard to
come up with the goods on WVMH. Maybe they also had some inside help.
Otherwisw how did they know about the offers of stock options to EMPLOYEES?

Perhaps they weren't documenting amounts of stock given to rival guv'ment officials?

Just a thought.
