ISKCOM New Marthura Vrindavan of Moundsville, WV, through its officers and directors, Christopher Fici, Joy Chicione, Thomas Lorence, all of Moundsville, WV, and Elitia Heller Sheldon, Christopher King, Robert Vincilione, all of Wheeling, WV will apply on October 12th, 2007 for a construction permit from the Federal Communications Commission to construct a non-commercial educational Class-A FM radio broadcast station on 88.7 MHz to be licensed to New Vrindaban, WV. The proposed studio and transmission facilities of the station will be located on Palace Hill Road at 39 degrees 57' 56" NL, 80 degrees 36' 20" WL with an Effective Radiated power of 350 watts and an antenna height of 25 meters above ground level.
