Ray Retires From WVPB
WEST VIRGINIA PUBLIC BROADCASTING Executive Director RITA RAY will retire on NOVEMBER 30th after 30 years in public radio and TV in the state, according to the BECKLEY REGISTER-HERALD.

RAY was with noncommercial WSWP-TV/BECKLEY for 19 years before being named Executive Director of the state public broadcaster, which is heard on nine full-power FMs and five FM translators covering most of the state.
