Case number: 07-C-454

Robert E. Gessler vs. WTRF LLC
PA- Patrick Cassidy; J- Gaughan
* After 17 years of employment, Gessler claims his age was a substantial factor in his termination on Dec. 2, 2005. Compensation and punitive damages are sought as willful, wanton or reckless entitlement due to the actions of WTRF.
IIRC, this makes the third one or so against WVMH. One was settled. Another besides this one is active, or so I've heard.

Gessler held a variety of behind-the-scenes technical jobs at the station.

Dunno.

There are a number of Gesslers in town. One runs a floral shop. One is the chief of Wheeling's PD. Another is a ND in town.

Hard to keep track of them all.

a. My ears hurt.

b. Arp2 is slipping. I cannot believe he didn't comment on the incorrect usage of "kick there ass."

c. Predicting is hard, especially when it is about the future...but even more so when it concerns matters legal.

I can predict. Either one side will cave or it will go to court which is not in either sides favor.

If I could get paid enough for it, I could take on correcting the grammar all of Wheeling and know I'd have job security for life, huh?
