For those keeping score at home, they linked to a "news" posting at putnamlive on Fark.com. Choice comments such as

Ugliest page I've seen outside of anything on myspace. Seriously, 1996 called, they want their web design skillz back. Also, gotta love the helpful links on the left side... sex offender registry and the "Meth Lab Hotline".
