The new owner of WOFX-FM and WNNF is... Cumulus (pending approval).
According to All Access, Cumulus gave up five stations in Green Bay (4 FM and one AM) to get the two in Cincinnati that were on the block from Clear Channel. The move will give Cumulus five total FM stations in Cincinnati (it already owns WRRM, WFTK, and WGRR).
