Re: Job Posting
Any wonder why the industry is so screwed up? A four year degree to talk into a mic? What ever happent to "Witty, tallented and has a good radio voice"?Qualifications: At least 2 years experience in broadcasting, 4-year college degree in communications or related field or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
Oh! I forgot! This is WV Public radio.....perhaps when the old farts waiting to retire fiallly do (or die), things will change.
But then again this is the 'top heavy' WV Public (the word itself is questionable when used in this context. There is little 'Public' about WVPBS) broadcasting.
