102.7 105.7 920 and 97.5 - The Torch

Yep. Get ready for it. Conservative talk programming coming to all of the above frequencies in NCWV. Hot 102.7 was only around for what - 2 or 3 months? This ends the simulcast of Jack on 105.7. And, sports radio The Mountaineer Ticket on 920/97.5... with the snooze fest on WAJR-FM not exactly burning up the ratings - is more talk really necessary and on these many frequencies?

... and its the same John Fredericks programming used on the former LHTC frequency up in Apollo/Pittsburgh.

Oh the things I could post on this from my little birdy who works up there in the Fairmont area. And what going on behind the curtain. But I'll save that for another time.

Do tell. All I see is they must have more on their plate than they can handle at LHTC. Problem is if it wasn't for LHTC you would have only WV Radio Corp stations in the market. Or religious. Speaking of which Agnes J Greer Descendants Trust's Fun 93.1 is a disservice to the WFGM calls. What a mess of a station!

WGYE/WHTI before LHTC. Had a owner who knew radio. Just didn't want to spend.
WGYE/WHTI after LHTC. Has a owner who can spend. Just doesn't know anything about radio.
