I wasn't defending Roth or attempting to appear cool by trying to make a non-issue of his homosexuality. The "who cares" was aimed at him being a semi-talented hack not worth talking about.

I'm getting a little concerned: I've heard way too much of the stuff I've heard for the last 20 years being played. (oldies-wise) There's 50 years of great music out there. Find it... and stop playing the "elevator music standards".

...which is why smart stations have (unrecognizable) people of their own check IDs and re-qualify the folks who show up for the test. Something not right, out they go.

Although statistically significant enough, the typical number at an AMT isn't big enough to be able to well survive unqualified respondents getting in.
