STL Dishes

Post by sportsvoice »

Whatever happened to the Mark Antenna outfit that used to make parabolics for the 950 STL band? Any other good sources for STL antennas?

Is Anixter-Mark not still around?
Probably been sold.
Try Andrew or Harris.
Moseley Associates sold STL's.
Maybe they sold antennas also.
Scala may be somebody to look at.

They are around, but under a different name. "Gabriel" comes to mind. We bought two 6 footers and one 8 footer through RF specialties about 4 years ago.

Ed Young up in Pittsburgh at RF probably can get you info and current models/prices.

Gabriel is now General Dynamics (who also owns Prodelin). Their website is at http://www.gdsatcom.com/gabriel.php and they still sell the Mark dishes. -Dave
