Know Jack LaLanne? One of the "exercises" he frequently taught and used was this:

"Ok, get on the floor...all the way down! Now, get back up again! Fast as you can, any way you can! Down on the floor! Get back up! Down! Get back up!"

Maybe he was on to something.....

Getting up can be rather unflattering, can't it? It's a good thing to be able to do fairly easily, huh?

That is scary on several levels. Particularly if you didn't click on the love sac link on the previous page and have no idea what a love sac is.
