I can't find a link to the information, but it looks like WPVI-TV (6 ABC) in Philly has an extremely underpowered digital transmitter and the signal cannot even make it to New Jersey. The outlying areas of northeast Philly and south Philly have sketchy signal strength.

The FCC is going out next week to check the signal strength and see if WPVI and see if they need an increase in power.
