I'm with Dave on this one. If the kid was doing something wrong then he should be punished...end of story.
The cops should have went Grand Theft Auto 3 on his ass and used the taser....THE TASER!!!
But seriously....if I would have done something like that when I was a kid I wouldn't be afraid of what the cop might do to me...but what my parents might do to me.
These days some parents are too wrapped up in trying to be kids themselves and still party, go to bars, etc., to be concerned about what their own kids are doing.

A: Better look again. How is that kids hand up on the cops arm if he is already handcuffed?
B: If you're handcuffed, and still not doing what you're supposed too... expect to get manhandled. You're still capable of spitting, kicking, biting, head butting... So what if you have handcuffs on, that doesn't mean you instantly wised-up to your situation.
I will go on record again as saying I hate kids and old people, period. If I were any of the kids in the clip, yeah, I would have hated it, but deep down I would know I deserve to have the shit beat out of me. That being said, if you act like a fuckstick when the cops tell you not to do something, you deserve all the thunder that gets called down from heaven.
but what appears to be a "hidden camera" that filmed the event, supports the earlier post of maybe there was some sort of agenda.
but nonetheless, the cop still seemed to be on some sort of power trip pushing some kids around, that he could have handled in a more professional manner, and more suited to the alleged crimes.
