Perhaps we need to look at new stunts for Nunley to try in the future.
Come on baby, make my bail.
Offers to bail out any winning misdemeanor prisoner on contest day.
Radio staff not eligible.
Meth House bingo.
$500 to entrant who has the most meth house busts/explosions on contest day. By precinct.
Live shot prank contest.
Free concert tickets to best prank of TV news live shot.
Bonus T shirts if you make reporter cry.
Pass out Masters Degrees on street corner.
Nunley dressed and acting like Mike Garrison.
Contest winner is the one who thinks it is a joke and
WVU would not do such a thing.
There may be other possibilities.

Woman wins radio station’s divorce contest

CHARLESTON —
A woman who has been separated from her husband for seven years of their 15-year marriage has won a radio station’s divorce giveaway.
The winner was identified only as Christina because she has not yet been notified, WKLC of Charleston, better known as Rock 105, announced Thursday evening. She was among 1,500 people who entered the station’s Valentine’s Day contest offering the winner a free divorce.
Christina and her husband are both living with other people and she is six months’ pregnant but they could not afford a divorce, WKLC said.
The radio station is giving away a free divorce because Valentine’s Day isn’t all hearts and flowers, WKLC Program Director Jay Nunley has said.
Charleston attorney Rusty Webb will handle the actual filing.
The station’s general manager, who calls himself Steve Z, said the contest likely will be offered again next year because of the response.
Translators are a Pox on the FM radio dial.

"Why give away free concert tickets, tshirts, etc when you can just give away a free divorce. On Valentines Day. Tag is for the brilliant mind that came up with this idea 'cause we don't have an "Awesome" tag"

Thanks all for your kind letters of support and encouragement during this transition time for myself and Nunley. Please respect our privacy during this very public time and... Oh, what a crock! This was a ton of fun!! This has probably been the best pressed radio promotion of this decade, and it was all timing. It's good to be finally at the helm of this rock moster...
