1520 WLGC goes 80's?!

If it's about broadcasting, radio, TV, satellite, cable, this is where to talk about it.

I still think this sounds like Joan Rivers singing.

"Eternal Flame" performed 3 years ago... Susanna was 48. Doesn't look 48, does she?
Not by midwest standards, no, but not by others'.... :P

By the way, note the big note was avoided.......FAIL!

I'm very surprised to find out that any person (especially one as open minded as Mike) would hold the opinion that music from the years they were between the ages of 12-24 is far superior to music from subsequent years. I don't think I've ever seen this phenomenon before. Have you guys seen it before? Even in isolated cases? This might be something new.

For me, 12-24 was 1995-2007 and I HATE 99.999% of the music from that time period.

I enjoy music from the 50s-00s.

However, the last great decade of music was the 90s, IMHO.

80's.

The only "great" artist of the 90's was Cobain. Who killed himself because he had to deal with Courtney Love. The rest of his band sucked crap without him afterward.

They've played this for weeks...

Thought from the beginning this was Berlin (because it sounded like Terri Nunn)... Found it today

Not many 80's stations playing this :)

This song sounds very VERY etheral playing on AM... The 80's sound really goes well with AM, honestly.

My salute to WLGC-1520's programmer... You have a damn good 80's station going.

Thank You for the compliments on the format. This is my first attempt at programming and unfortunately I have very little time to tweak it as I am busy with the engineering business. I am very happy that people are enjoying it.

You should have the station play nothing but Thriller all day tomorrow...
