WOTR Weston has filed for a modification showing a channel change from 96.3 to 104.1. Which is where WVIW Bridgeport currently resides.
The WOTR application indicates it is "by order of the FCC."
Can't seem to find any other application or order, although I suppose this could be by rulemaking proceeding. Anyone have more information?

Almost certain this has something to do with the moving of 103.9 WKHB closer to Uniontown. 104.1 and 96.3 would than swap in order to protect short spacing interference between 103.9 and 104.1 towards Fairmont. I'm sure there were some sort of considerations. Does anyone actually listen to WVIW? I miss having Kiss FM's adult contemporary format.
