Some changes to occur based upon new logos:
Willie 94.7 - None
WXIL - moves to 99.1 - Logo is a multi colored WXIL with a 99 after it. The My 95.1 seems to be ditched. Whether this is a CHR reboot or some form of "newer" oldies... who knows?
Froggy - Moves to 95.1. New logo says simply Froggy 95.
WVNT - new calls WPKB - Pop 103.5 ... looks like a carbon copy of 7mm chr/hot a/c hybrid anywhere else. News Talk is dropped going along with 7mm stations elsewhere with only music formats. With Pop here, doubtful the new WXIL 99 is CHR.
Z106.1 is now the GOAT. I assume no format change.
The Bear looks like the same format. But with an updated Bear logo.
If WXIL indeed goes newer oldies - kind of a waste since the area is already superserved by Mix 100, True Oldies, and gold friendly V96.9. Couple that with the fact 7mm voicetracks their classic hits stations elsewhere running the same nightime show on their 100 different am/translator simulcasts.
Curious with that last item - with the recent FCC ruling about limiting simulcasting two FM frequencies' programming - this would mean some pretty big changes would have to occur on all their duplicated stations across PA, correct?

Re: Parkersburg Changes
Duplicated FM programming: Only a problem if the stations serve the same area--that is, have overlapping service contours.
