Gambling hot line director apparently fired, left stranded
June 07, 2007 2:03 PM
CHARLESTON, W.Va.
One day after dropping allegations of interference by Lottery officials, the long-time director of the Problem Gamblers Help Network says she found herself apparently fired.
Mia Moran-Cooper also found herself stranded in Kansas City, Missouri, last night with a canceled corporate credit card and canceled hotel room reservation. She'd flown there to attend a conference on compulsive gambling.
Taught the bitch a lesson

She ran gambling counceling hot line for her company. Contracted that to the state of WV. Lottery comm wanted to take it over and add more state employees. She objected. Kind of a dirty trick to let her get off on a trip and cut off her credit card and cancel all reservations and travel tickets and such.
