TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A chef in Taiwan is in trouble with animal lovers after reportedly serving a not-quite-dead fish as a gourmet delicacy.
A Taiwanese newspaper said the fish dish includes a carp covered with sweet-and-sour sauce, its body deep-fried but its head still twitching.

Those of us that use to have a pontoon in that cesspool called Beach Fork Lake are very familiar with carp, but I think we are far from considering this semi shit-eating cousin of the shit eating catfish a delicacy.
