HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED??
Marshall fans are so loud and proud until their team gets beat by New Hampshire or another nobody team. Remember all the crap they were talking prior to the last few weeks? ESPN has them ranked as the 7th worst team in the nation in this weeks "take on sports" spot. I have a new shirt that we wear here in Morgantown...its gold and blue and says................we arn't Marshall

Win or lose!!
AND we aren't alone on that list...former National Champs Syracuse is on there and Notre Dame(with Charlie Weiss, I might add)...
Yes, we got beat by a 1-AA team...but there are a few 1-aa teams that could compete and beat many 1-A teams(hello Appy State).
So yes I am LOUD and PROUD of this team!! We have the talent to beat ANYONE on our schedule this year and if we don't, so what.
In the grand scheme of things...its just a game....
I have said this all week on the Herd message boards...one of our freshmen was quoted the week before the Miami game. He said, "Everything we do, we do it together, We are Marshall!". I truly believe that and I have adopted that as my mantra this year. Win or lose, we are in it together. We are Marshall!
