A playground swing has some folks freaked in Argentina. The swing
moves back and forth on its own. Residents say the playground swing
will move continuously for ten days before coming to a stop. Uh, maybe
it's the wind? See for yourself:

I do not think there is enough there to even come up with a variant story line for Torchwood.
