Yeah, it will probably happen. But I think the current fucked up system is much more fun. Heck, I preferred the previous system, or lack of one. Half of the fun is all the bitching after the bowls about who is REALLY the champ and who got screwed over.
And besides, if they institute a real playoff system, what will WVU fans bitch about after they get their asses kicked in the second rounc by the 4th place SEC team?!?!?!?!?!?!

i like it.... i might even get back to being interested in college football with a playoff system like that... maybe not for the entire season, but at least for the playoffs (kinda like the men's basketball tourney)...

It just amazes me that all this playoff stuff has been a slow beating drum, But now, with the possible match-up of Missouri and West Virginia, its a full blown rock concert. And its all because its not one of the big boys. Thats the only reason. Next year if its the Ohio State and Florida State (or any of the big boys) this playoff bullshit will die down. Mark my words.
