Connoisseur's skeleton crew
Word has it that another employee has left Connoisseur Media. An AE resigned last week. No big deal except that there were only four to begin with. They'd better learn how to treat employees over there or pretty soon, Newman will be doing everything himself!!
That's clutch right there. . . . .

Bahhh ha ha ha ha ha.
Don't you work at Kindred?
Isn't that were the losers go?
There isn't a person there that knows how to do radio.
NO ONE.
Count yourself among the walking useless.

woah wait just one...I think some of the best radio I was a part of was made in the Coal Exchange building...if it weren't for them, I'd imagine I'd still be at SAZ, screwing up TV instead of screwing up radio!

I'd respect your opinion if you put your real name on here before you insult me.

dude, get over it... I didnt see your name mentioned in the above post so why do you feel the need to defend yourself, unless you're super insecure in your ability to do whatever it is you do..

I used to be a Kindred hater, too, because I was brainwashed by the 134 4th. Kindred is a great local company with several of the most talented folks in the business. Still, having said that, there are equally talented folks at both CC and Con. Oh... and props to Dwayne over at WEMM, too!
The point is, this thread is now completely useless.
It began as a discussion regarding the fear and panic over at Connoisseur because they can't seem to effectively sell their product. This doesn't necessarily mean that their product is bad, it just means that, like the rest of the economy, radio is hurting and all the weight has been dumped on otherwise good sales people.
While we are on the subject, since when does Jason Toy work at Connoisseur? Did Connoisseur have some sort of trade deal with Kindred? NateG for JasonT and a first round pick? What happened here?
Speaking of Jason, while I am not a huge NASCAR fan, I still consider a gig with MRN Radio a pretty sweet gig. We have two, one former and one current, individuals in Huntington radio that have MRN on their resume.
Quoting Tom Roten... Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Jeez...
Why all the hostility?
One would think that radio is like the UFC...nah scratch that...the WWE!! I petition Nate and baloneysux to go at it in the HELL IN THE CELL.....brother!
But I digest...there's plenty of folks here that know how to do radio:
Jay Nunley...didn't he get nominated for PD of the year?
Rocky...she interviewed Obama recently and is probably one of the most known jocks in this area.
In fact, I'd go as far as to say the folks at Kindred probably have the best radio in this area, and ROCK 105 is MUCH better since his Nunliess took over.
I've heard it said some PDs want to make radio sound like you're listening to an IPOD...if I wanted an IPOD, I'd shell out 200 bucks to get one. I want my radio to have fat, ugly, porn obessed jocks, skits, awesome morning shows with a playlist that doesn't repeat songs every two hours...
I wonder if baloney has a first name?

nope, in these parts we usually wrap the sides of the cell with barbed wire... tacks just don't get crowds foaming at the mouth like they used to..

Jason is STILL useless. Kindred has little to do with that.
Now can I get back to the glory of changing out a plate tuning cable?
Also, who's this other-former MRN dipshit? Jay said he was a douchebag. I guess they couldn't hack it in the real world. Right Craig? Wait a minute. Oh, Jesus, Craig is on here. There goes the neighborhood. It's like The Matirx. You're forever part of the ISC spy-program. Every ten minutes they "Google", "MRN", and a list employees' names. I paid-back that perdeim. "Sammys" is really a barbecue-joint in Birmingham. I swear. Good God. What's next? Weaver?
While we're on the subject...Why is the Michigan Radio Network important to this thread? All you hear on that network is a lot of Rich-Rod not winning.

As a matter of fact the corporate offices in Daytona sent me here to inform you they are in need of that expense report you never turned in following your last event with MRN. With original receipts by the way.Cameron wrote:Right Craig? Wait a minute. Oh, Jesus, Craig is on here. There goes the neighborhood. It's like The Matirx. You're forever part of the ISC spy-program. They have to keep Craig around because every NASCAR track has to have at least one Roscoe around.

How do you get a receipt from a dead hooker? Dave? Nunley? A little help here.CraigMoore wrote:

Weaver? You don’t really want the Good Dr. Weaver here do you?
Weaver's dissertation, "Electromagnetic Orientation Optimization Utilizing Focused Parabolic Gain Instruments and Their Relationship to the Central Clarke Belt for Mass Information Distribution", is a real page-turner. The crayons he used really drove the point home.

You just said alot for CC... Kindred has been all up in dat ass, for what, six years now? Where's CC's flanker that will knock Kindred out of the top three? Am I talking over your head? I apologize. Allow me to rephrase. U r dum.baloneysux wrote:Bahhh ha ha ha ha ha.
