No, this apparently their company wide communications system.
I am told that features addressable vehicles, persons and allows phone calls via the system.
There may be telemetry there for the system but I also think there is data capabilities for the system
operators to utilize the company WAN. Trouble calls, reports, time sheets etc.
Very capable system and covers all of American Electric Power areas.

Skyline Drive is in Boyd County. You have been away too long.
The tower fron whence the interference came is more like a cell tower.
800 Mhz trunking.
