In the wake of the latest round of radio industry layoffs, the Austin-based streaming technology company says it “will move you from despair to the future by donating the software and hosting to create new radio stations.” The company is offering the no-charge deal to 50 displaced radio pros to give them “the opportunity to continue the career they love online.” Spacial says the offer is good for both on-air and programming types, as well as for sales executives who can use their software “teamed with an out-of-work programmer.” The company will randomly pick five “bailout” recipients every Tuesday between February 3 and April 7.
