I can not see your Channel 13 signal anymore, what happened?

WOWK's analog channel 13 transmitter is off the air. WOWK is transmitting a new digital signal on channel 13. If you have a DTV converter box or a television with a digital tuner, you can re-scan for the new channel 13 signal.

Hooray for channel 13.
Power bill is cut and the maintenance heavy RCA is off.
More stations should do this ahead of the switch date.

If anything, WOWK can be used as a test to determine if a viewer is digital ready prior to February 17.

If they're on the air with 13 digital at full-power, they've lost Ashland. If they're on digital at all - it's nothing more than an exciter. A rescan of digitals with a VHF/VHF-HI/UHF antenna towards Barker's Ridge gets nada. SAZ, CHS, and VAH are coming in just fine. QCW is now running a 30.2, duplicating the 30.1 programming. (30.2's audio is louder - tell them to fix that at the satell-deathstar-master-control John.) :)
