That is horrible news...truly another great gone from the industry. I loved Brian's lines on BTLS..."We told the censors to **** themselves"...or the other I heard..."hey ladies...I'm licking my eyebrows"...

Wow, so he was the voice I've heard over the years on numerous stations.

He is on a lot of CC n/t stations, including WRVA, WTAM, and WRNO.

Why do I get this feeling that the William Morris Agency is abuzz right now with stations scrambling to find their next voice talent. the dude was everywhere.

Probably for the same reason that I can sense voice people everywhere clearing their throats and updating their demos. Of course, given how much work guys like he (and the late Don LaFontaine) had, one would think that there'd be plenty to go around.

Which reminds me, ashton--With a set of pipes like yours, and your intelligence as well, when are we going to hear some more from you?
