CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — The search is on for a new executive director for West Virginia Public Broadcasting.
The Charleston Gazette reports members of the state Educational Broadcasting Authority formally opened the search Wednesday for a replacement for Dennis Adkins, who is retiring next month.
Adkins had been at odds with the authority over finances and the future of public broadcasting.
The deadline for applications is Dec. 7 and the authority plans to meet a week later to review them.
