With those two companies seemingly buying up everything in their paths, could it eventually hit West Virginia hard soon?
Sinclair already is buying WTOV, so what would stop them from trying to acquire a WDTV or WVVA? Or Nexstar buying the WVMH stations to compliment WHAG?
And could Gray try and extend their mini WKYT/WYMT/WSAZ/WTAP network with a buy of WVVA or some of the WVMH stations?
I think it's just a matter of time before we see something like this.

I'm not sure there's a scenario by which anyone could buy any of Bray Cary's stations, let alone the whole package. He enjoys being the head of "Decision Makers" (or the Bray Cary show, whichever you prefer). Unless the people that financed the stations show him the door, he'll keep doing his thing. A roomful of drunk monkeys could make better decisions...that would make his show far more entertaining, and the monkeys, even while drunk, would know to ask one quick question and then shut up to hear the entire answer.
