Below are the Census Bureau's population estimates for each state, for 2007. The states are listed in order of rate of population increase from 2006-2007!

TOP FIVE

Nevada
Arizona
Utah
Idaho
Georgia

BOTTOM FIVE

New York
Vermont
Ohio

Rhode Island

We were number 4 on the "Judicial Hellholes" list.
We were #1 as a state considering that Cook County, Illinois and two similar jurisdictions were ahead of us.
